Work Spots, Inc.
Creating a complete brand identity, marketing website, and custom app for a Citrus County coworking company we co-own, and taking it from $0 to $6K in monthly recurring revenue, with JP Morgan signed as a member, in a market that had never had coworking before.
The Goal
Work Spots had a bold idea: bring premium coworking to the Florida communities that big coworking brands have always overlooked. Rather than planting a flag in the state's major metros, they set their sights on smaller markets where remote workers, freelancers, and small business owners had nowhere to go between their kitchen table and the nearest coffee shop. The concept was sharp and the opportunity was real, but they needed a brand, a website, and a booking platform built from scratch to match the ambition of what they were building. Everything needed to feel premium, cohesive, and ready to scale from day one.
Our Approach
We partnered with Work Spots from the very beginning, developing their entire brand identity, digital presence, and technology platform from the ground up. The visual system, copywriting, and graphic design work together to position Work Spots as something genuinely different from sterile, corporate coworking chains: a place that feels intentional and community-driven while delivering a polished, modern experience.
The marketing website was designed to attract and convert two distinct audiences, professionals looking to book a workspace and investors or landlords interested in the business model. Clean layouts, strong content, and a clear sense of purpose give visitors an immediate feel for what Work Spots is and why it matters.
The most ambitious piece of the project was the custom app, built to handle workspace bookings, membership management, and location-specific availability across multiple locations. Rather than cobbling together off-the-shelf tools, we built a platform tailored to how Work Spots actually operates, giving the team full control as they continue to grow and open new doors.
From the name and logo to the technology that runs the business, Mondo has been there for every step.
