Texas Saddlery, a premium leather goods brand rooted in Western tradition, came to Mondo nearly a decade ago with a clear challenge: they had no website, no online presence, and no way for customers outside of their local market to explore or purchase their handcrafted products.
Mondo launched a full-featured eCommerce store for Texas Saddlery, transforming the business from a purely brick-and-mortar operation to a scalable, digital brand. This wasn’t a one-time build—it was the start of an ongoing partnership that has steadily driven growth year after year.
Since that initial launch, we’ve continued to support and evolve their digital strategy. We’ve restructured collections and navigation, enhanced UI/UX for better customer flow, and continually optimized product pages and menus based on user behavior. Every touchpoint—from homepage layout to newsletter strategy—has been shaped to elevate both the brand’s visual appeal and its ability to convert visitors into customers.
Today, Texas Saddlery sees over 10,000 website users per month, all driven by organic traffic and strategic content—without a significant ad budget. In fact, until this year, the brand had never run ads. Despite this, they’ve surpassed six figures in online sales, demonstrating how powerful organic growth can be when backed by a solid foundation.
