Rental Guys, formerly Guy Rents, is a family-owned business that has been serving customers since 1959. With fourteen stores across two states, Rental Guys has become a trusted provider of rental equipment and supplies, known for its exceptional customer service, well-maintained equipment, and commitment to its community. As a local business that values customer relationships, Rental Guys aimed to enhance its online reputation by increasing the number of positive customer reviews and improving engagement.

Our goal was to increase online reviews while providing an effortless way for customers to share their experiences and for Rental Guys to address any concerns directly.

To achieve this, we implemented a comprehensive SMS review request campaign that included:

  • Over 2,000 review requests have been sent via SMS per location for over 8 months.
