ECCNC (Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado) turned to Mondo for help optimizing their Google Ads strategy with a goal of increasing real patient conversions—not just surface-level ad engagement. Working closely with ECCNC’s internal marketing and communications manager, we developed a hands-on, collaborative approach to campaign management that focused on clarity, accountability, and return on investment.
Rather than a “set it and forget it” method, Mondo managed ECCNC’s Google Ads campaigns daily, refining keywords, audiences, and targeting to ensure that each service and doctor was properly represented and booked. We launched multiple campaigns based on target groups and services to keep everything organized and performance-focused.
One of the most valuable layers we added was call tracking through WhatConverts, which allowed us and ECCNC to evaluate every tracked conversation—determining if it came from a new patient, a returning patient, or spam. This allowed us to report back not just on ad clicks, but on true business impact.
