We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Webflow Developer to oversee and elevate Mondo's entire portfolio of client Webflow websites. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead & Innovate: Take charge of enhancing current Webflow sites while driving continuous improvements and optimizations across the portfolio.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of developers by setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth mastery of Webflow, including utilizing all its advanced features and tools to deliver top-notch websites.
- Best Practices Implementation: Enforce client-first tagging methodology and effective database design to ensure websites are scalable, maintainable, and optimized.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and review the work of junior developers to ensure consistency, high quality, and timely delivery of projects.
